Ditchling House is a spacious three-storey luxury holiday home, thoughtfully arranged to provide comfortable communal spaces alongside six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious kitchen and dining room, utility room, bathroom and comfortable lounge. The kitchen and dining area provides a central space for guests to cook, eat and spend time together.
First Floor
The first floor has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for larger groups.
Second Floor
The second floor features a further bedroom with its own bathroom, creating a more private area for guests.
Exterior
Ditchling House is set within approximately four acres of private grounds in the heart of Ditchling, surrounded by the countryside of the South Downs National Park.
The extensive grounds are designed for both relaxation and outdoor entertainment, with a private indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, golf chipping green and table tennis.
There are several outdoor areas for dining and relaxing, as well as a fire pit for evenings outside. The combination of spacious private grounds and extensive leisure facilities makes Ditchling House particularly well suited to family holidays, group getaways and longer countryside stays.
Guests can enjoy the peace and privacy of a rural Sussex setting while remaining within easy reach of Brighton, the South Downs and the Sussex coast.
